Raahi handles land excavation, regrading, and drainage correction for property owners across Waco, Texas and the surrounding McLennan County communities. We work the full path from a wet, settling yard to a graded parcel that actually drains, using hydraulic excavators, crawler dozers, and skid steer loaders sized to the job. Most of our calls start with the same complaint, water sitting where it should not, and our work starts with finding out why.

What sets us apart is the diagnosis. Before any dirt moves, we shoot elevations across the property, walk the downspout and gutter runs, and confirm where the low point actually sits. Plenty of standing water on Bosque Boulevard or over in the Brook Oaks neighborhood turns out to be a grade pitched the wrong way, not a drainage part that failed. Reading the slope first means the excavator works where the problem lives instead of where it merely looks worst.

How We Work

• Diagnose, then dig. We confirm the grade and the true low point before recommending a single cut.
• 811 every time. We place the underground locate request and wait the required notice before a blade goes in the ground.
• Compacted to hold. Structural fill goes down in lifts and gets compacted so the corrected grade does not slump back next spring.
• Written scope first. You get a clear scope and a firm number before we start, no surprises.
